En\u00a0<strong>professionnel du droit<\/strong>, il doit d\u2019abord s\u2019assurer de ceci\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Les constatations sont l\u00e9gales et conformes \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public\u00a0;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Le constat pr\u00e9sente une utilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>L\u2019huissier utilise ses cinq sens pour constater\u00a0: par exemple le sens olfactif pour sentir une forte odeur de gaz.
